I was here 5/23/23 for an oil change. I mistakenly chose the option of “drop off” instead of “waiting” when I scheduled my appointment online. Lupe Chape in the service department was excellent and understanding of my mistake. Instead of having me wait an hour and a half, I was out in 45 minutes! Lupe didn’t have to go out of his way for my situation but he did and I’m very appreciative of that! His customer service was great! Highly recommend Lupe and the service department. I had an appointment to go in and see Josh to purchase my leased vehicle. He was ready for me, attentive to my needs, and got through the process very quickly. I then met with Alex to go over the financial part of the deal. He helped me out with the best options available. My overall experience was great, they were efficient and fast. It was a very comfortable transaction.

And the reason why is because we have always been able to get the vehicle at a fair price, the people we have dealt with in the sales and service department have been very nice and explained everything. I was trying to purchase a vehicle long distance and although it didn’t work out, Rob and the rest of the team at Fox Valley Buick were extremely nice and professional throughout the process. The Online Service appointment was very easy to navigate and schedule. The Service Reps were professional in appearance and attitude. The waiting lounge was clean, well furnished and spacious. The Men’s restroom was clean and stocked (tissue, and hand soap). The turnaround time was reasonable. Overall a pleasant experience.

I have to give a lot of credit to Lupe Chapa who did everything possible to obtain parts and labor in the most expedient way. Considering that parts had to come across country among other locations. He kept me informed and made sure my Yukon was completed as early as possible. I will always look to Lupe as my preferred service advisor. My only issue had to do with the Dealership's inability to provide loaner vehicles. My cost of a rental was considerable. I would urge the Dealership's management to correct this.
I bought a used truck and had to replace the tires because they were bald. One year later the trans blew. I purchased a warranty with the vehicle from Fox Valley. Fidelity warranty was the provider. An auditor had to look at the truck from Fidelity warranty and they said they were NOT COVERING IT BECAUSE I CHANGED THE TIRES!!! Same size tires too!! They tried to get away with not covering the trans for $6k. If it wasn’t for FOX VALLEY coming to the rescue I would have had to sue this warranty company. Buy your vehicles from ...

I’ve bought three new cars so far from Rob Milam sales agent and Gregg GM. They are an awesome team those two and they work well together. Dealership experience can be cut throat and nasty but between these two they make it bearable and somewhat fun. I first worked with these two at Fox valley VW in Schaumburg buying a 2019 Atlas and 2019 GLI from them brand new and now a 2022 Buick Envision ST. I gave them my price point and what I was looking for in a vehicle and they found one no problem.
